BRI has assembled a strong management and advisory team to ensure the success of a project. Although this list does not preclude additional staff as the project dictates, it represents the core senior management team responsible for negotiating, developing and implementing the project.

As President and CEO of BRI, Ms. Garrett has overall responsibility for all company activities. Over the past 4 years, Ms Garrett worked with BRI. as the Director of Business Development focusing on Texas and West Coast Regions. Previously she was President and CEO of MGA Productions, Inc. of Galveston TX, a company which she founded in 1997.

Her professional career prior to forming her own company includes 20 years experience with major national and international corporations including Cutter Laboratories of Berkley California; National Medical Care, Wortham, Massachusetts and Intracare Home Therapies, Inc. and Meretek Diagnosis, Inc., both of Houston Texas. Ms. Garrett held numerous positions with these corporations including General Manager, National Director of Sales, Vice President of Marketing and Sales, and CEO. In addition to her business activities, Ms. Garrett currently holds positions on a number of civic committees and boards. Ms. Garrett studied business and marketing at Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania.

Mr. DeFoor will assist BRI in maintaining the environmental efficacy of the project. He is best known for his work in establishing an $8 billion fund for the Florida Everglades Restoration Project as Governor Jeb Bush's Everglades tsar. Mr. DeFoor has served in several civil capacities including as Sheriff of Monroe County (Key West) and as Governor Bob Martinez's running mate in 1990. Additionally, Mr. DeFoor serves on the board of Directors for BRI.
